Pricing for the median home in Maple Heights increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Maple Heights rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 233 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,000 - a 37.6% increase over the $62,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 244 homes sold in Maple Heights in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Maple Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,217, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
