Home prices increased in Bedford during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Bedford rose by $25,700 while total sales increased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,200 - a 26.1% increase over the $98,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in Bedford in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bedford for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,435, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
