Median home prices in Woodmere fell to $217,750 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Woodmere fell by $27,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,750 - a 11.1% decrease over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Woodmere in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Woodmere for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,062, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
