The second half of 2021: Valley View experienced a 21.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Valley View rose by $57,550 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 21.9% increase over the $262,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Valley View in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,690, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
