Median home prices in Solon rose to $336,900 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Solon rose by $36,900 while total sales decreased by 24.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 143 homes sold, with a median sale price of $336,900 - a 12.3% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 190 homes sold in Solon in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Solon for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,187, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
