Moreland Hills home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Moreland Hills rose by $61,050 while total sales decreased by 37.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,050 - a 15.3% increase over the $399,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Moreland Hills in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Moreland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $11,582, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
