Highland Hills median home prices fell by 43.8% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Highland Hills fell by $43,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,250 - a 43.8% decrease over the $100,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Highland Hills in 2020.

The median sales tax in Highland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,883, approximately 5.1% of the median home sale price for 2021.
