Pricing for the median home in Garfield Heights increased during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Garfield Heights rose by $21,188 while total sales increased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 586 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,188 - a 29.4% increase over the $72,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 557 homes sold in Garfield Heights in 2020.
