The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in North Randall rose by $2,400 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,900 - a 2.3% increase over the $102,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in North Randall in 2020.
