Median home prices in Seven Hills rose to $230,000 in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Seven Hills rose by $21,900 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 181 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $208,100 median sale price for the previous year. There were 214 homes sold in Seven Hills in 2020.
