Falling home prices in Woodmere in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Woodmere fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Woodmere in 2020.

The median sales tax in Woodmere for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,062, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for 2021.
