Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter issued the following announcement on February 27.

Round of applause everyone!! Welcome to the adoption floor… BROOKE!!! *and the shelter goes wild!!* Brooke was spotted running as a stray numerous times in November. When she was finally caught, she had an injured front leg and was extremely skinny. She has been in our care since then recovering and learning to love humans again. She is now blossoming into an adorable, well mannered, gentle girl. She is an easy walker and likes to lounge around. Brooke would do best in a home as the only pet and with no children under 12. Come in and ask to meet her!
