City of Strongsville Government issued the following announcement on March 9.
Our firefighters braved the freezing water for their annual ice rescue training, practicing how to crawl across the ice to reach a victim and then safely pull him to shore.
They always hope they won't have to use it, but they keep their skills sharp just in case.
