Cuyahoga County issued the following announcement on March 9.
Saint Clair Avenue Bridges 0440 and 0444 in Cleveland Closed Due to Safety Hazard
The Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works Bridge Inspection Division is informing the public that Saint Clair Avenue Bridges 0440, located over MLK Boulevard, and Bridge 0444, located over Doan Brook in the City of Cleveland, are closed until further notice due to the development of a sink hole.
Motorists can take a detour in both directions along East 105thSt., Lakeshore Blvd., N Marginal Rd. to East 72nd St.
