February 2022: Bedford Heights experienced a 1.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Bedford Heights rose by $2,250 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 1.6% increase over the $137,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Bedford Heights in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,049, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
