February 2022: North Royalton experienced a 33.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in North Royalton rose by $56,611 while total sales decreased by 39.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,111 - a 33.4% increase over the $169,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in North Royalton in February 2021.
