April: Home prices in Middleburg Heights increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Middleburg Heights rose by $68,000 while total sales decreased by 42.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 35.4 percent increase over the $192,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in April 2021.
