Strongsville home prices rose in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Strongsville rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 11.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $294,000 - a 0.9 percent increase over the $291,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Strongsville in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Strongsville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,082, approximately 1.7 percent of the median home sale price for May.
