May: Home prices in Middleburg Heights fell

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Middleburg Heights fell by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 15 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,000 - an 18.9 percent decrease from the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in May 2021.
