Median home prices in Oakwood rose to $125,993 in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Oakwood rose by $55,993 while total sales decreased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,993 - an 80 percent increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oakwood in May 2021.
