"Fatherhood is something to celebrate and support,” said County Executive Armond Budish. “This conference is a great way to discuss how we can make the lives of fathers and families in Cuyahoga County better and provide the building blocks they need to succeed. Children thrive when they have healthy relationships with their fathers.”

Al Grimes, Administrator of the Fatherhood Initiative, is proud the initiative’s programs and partners have achieved national recognition as a best practice model through their work helping fathers and families support children. “The conference allows us to celebrate and collaborate,” said Grimes. “We have made an extraordinary impact but, after 16 years, the need for our services continues to be more relevant than ever.”
