This is probably a good time to remind everyone to sign up for emergency alerts if you want to be notified about things like boil advisories, major road closings and other emergencies.

We're hearing that some people who signed up several years ago did not get the boil alert call last night around 8 p.m. Please visit the Ready Notify site and make sure you're still signed up, and if not, re-register.
