On December 12, 2024, Congressman Miller expressed solidarity with Israel following meetings with family members of hostages taken by Hamas during an attack on October 7. He stated, "Yesterday, I met with Elan, Amit, and Sasha, family members of hostages taken by Hamas during their brutal terrorist attack on October 7. I continue to stand with Israel. We must #BRINGTHEMHOME".
The following day, December 13, 2024, he commemorated the National Guard's anniversary by acknowledging their long-standing service to the nation since its inception in 1636.
