Congressman Max Miller, representing Ohio's 7th district since 2023, has been actively engaging with the public through social media. In a series of tweets, he has addressed various issues ranging from manufacturing to antisemitism and youth engagement.

On March 3, 2025, Congressman Miller announced his reintroduction of the bipartisan IMPACT Act alongside colleague Valerie Foushee. He stated that the act aims to "strengthen and enhance the competitiveness of American manufacturing by developing advanced technologies to improve the efficiency of cement, concrete, and asphalt production."
