Congressman Max Miller, representing Ohio's 7th district, has been vocal on several issues via social media. On March 11, 2025, he addressed concerns regarding the state of U.S. Steel and its historical significance to American industry. In his post, he stated: "U.S. Steel was once the largest steel producer in the world, a symbol of our global competitiveness, but over decades, it was weakened by an onslaught of subsidized steel dumped from overseas." He emphasized the importance of not compromising American workers or future interests to foreign corporations.

Later that day, Congressman Miller expressed his stance on cryptocurrency regulations imposed by the current administration. He tweeted: "It's time to do away with the Broker DeFi Rule, an 11th-hour attack on crypto by the Biden administration." This statement reflects his opposition to what he perceives as restrictive measures against digital currencies.

On March 12, 2025, Miller highlighted his initiative alongside Senator Jon Husted regarding NASA's headquarters relocation. He announced: "I was proud to lead a letter with @SenJonHusted urging the administration to move the @NASA HQ to Ohio." He argued that such a move would reduce costs and enhance strategic collaboration.
