On April 7, 2025, Congressman Miller announced his introduction of the Fallen Servicemembers Religious Heritage Restoration Act. Working alongside multiple colleagues, including Rep. Dwight Walbridge Schultz, Jerry Moran, and Sen. Jacky Rosen, he stressed the importance of "remembered with dignity and respect" for all Americans who have served.
During a hearing with the U.S. Trade Representative on April 9, 2025, Miller focused on the importance of trade in a post from the same day. He noted that "The farmers and manufacturers in OH-07 depend on strong, enforceable trade agreements that ensure they can compete and thrive in global markets".
