On April 11, 2025, Congressman Max Miller announced his legislative efforts with the introduction of the Safeguarding U.S. Supply Chains Act. He emphasized the need for a tax code supporting American manufacturing and workers. Explaining the motive behind the proposed legislation, Miller stated, "If we are serious about protecting and promoting American manufacturing, our tax code should support American manufacturing and American workers. I introduced the Safeguarding U.S. Supply Chains Act to prevent American taxpayer-funded subsidies from benefitting Chinese".
In a tweet on April 12, 2025, Congressman Miller extended greetings to individuals celebrating a significant cultural event. He warmly wished, "To all those celebrating, I wish you a happy and holy Passover!"
On April 14, 2025, Miller encouraged high school students to apply to a newly launched educational program. Sharing information about the NASA Glenn High School Engineering Institute, he stated, "Calling all rising juniors and seniors. The new NASA Glenn High School Engineering Institute program is now accepting applications! This program will introduce students to engineering and technology concepts used by STEM professionals at NASA through hands-on training at NASA".
Max Miller, who graduated from Cleveland State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts, was born in Shaker Heights, Ohio in 1988. He currently resides in Rocky River.
