On April 16, 2025, Miller extended his appreciation to the students of Ohio's 7th District who took part in the Congressional Art Competition. He remarked, "Thank you to all the students who participated in this year’s Congressional Art Competition. We have so many talented young artists in OH-07! Vote on my Facebook page for the winner of the Peoples Choice Award!"
On April 17, 2025, Miller noted his visit to The Federal Metal Company, an established brass and bronze enterprise. He stated, "The Federal Metal Company, a 4th generation brass and bronze business, is a raw material supplier to the US Navy Foundry for the production of propellors and castings for naval ships and submarines. I enjoyed learning about their operations in Northeast Ohio and meeting with" adding to his visible engagement with industry leaders in the region.
On April 20, 2025, Miller expressed sorrow at the loss of Lt. Mickolick, saying, "Heartbroken to learn of the passing of Lt. Mickolick. I am grateful for his selfless service to our community as a firefighter and paramedic. My thoughts are with his family and fellow first responders." This message conveyed Miller's respect and gratitude towards those serving in emergency services.
Max Miller, born in Shaker Heights, Ohio, in 1988, is serving his term as a Congressman after succeeding Bob Gibbs. He lives in Rocky River, Ohio, and is an alumnus of Cleveland State University, where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in 2013.
