The following day, April 21, 2025, Congressman Miller expressed his condolences upon the passing of a major religious figure, stating, "Pope Francis leaves behind a legacy of compassion and humility. May he rest in peace."
On April 23, 2025, he commemorated Yom HaShoah, the solemn day of remembrance for the Holocaust victims, with a poignant post: "On this Yom HaShoah, we remember the 6,000,000 who were murdered solely because they were Jewish. Never Again."
Congressman Max Miller, who is 34, was born in Shaker Heights, Ohio, and currently lives in Rocky River. He has represented Ohio's 7th district in the U.S. Congress since 2023, succeeding Bob Gibbs. Miller is a Cleveland State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree obtained in 2013.
