On July 25, 2025, Miller expressed condolences for a fallen officer, stating: "Awful news. My thoughts and prayers are with Officer Wagner’s family."
Later that day, he outlined key points of proposed legislation known as the One Big Beautiful Bill. In his post from July 25, 2025, Miller wrote: "The One Big Beautiful Bill bolsters America’s national security to make our country respected again.
• $150 billion to modernize our military and strengthen national security.
• Improves the quality of life for our servicemembers and their families.
• Bolsters U.S."
Continuing on July 26, 2025, Miller highlighted another aspect of the bill: "The One Big Beautiful Bill makes the TCJA tax cuts PERMANENT, delivering the largest tax cut for middle and working-class Americans in U.S. history."
Miller has served as a member of Congress since replacing Bob Gibbs in 2023. He was born in Shaker Heights, Ohio in 1988 and currently resides in Rocky River. The congressman graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2013.
