Brown has represented Ohio’s 11th District since replacing Marcia Fudge in Congress in 2021 and previously served on the Cuyahoga County Council from 2015 to 2021. She was born in Cleveland in 1975 and currently resides in Warrensville Heights. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilberforce University.
