Rep. Shontel Brown, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Ohio’s 11th district, has recently addressed several issues on her social media account, including health care policy, urban agriculture in Cleveland, and a House Resolution regarding Charlie Kirk.

On September 19, 2025, Brown posted: "My statement on the House Resolution on Charlie Kirk. https://t.co/lHLhy3EQyE".

Addressing rising health care costs on September 21, 2025, Brown wrote: "Health care costs are set to skyrocket unless Congress cleans up the mess created by Trump’s Big Ugly Bill and its cuts to Medicaid and Affordable Care Act plans.

@HouseDemocrats are calling for a funding bill that cancels the cuts and lowers the costs. https://t.co/Ype2R4Dxrc".

Highlighting developments in local agriculture on September 22, 2025, she stated: "Agriculture doesn't just happen in rural areas. Cleveland has a growing urban agriculture sector, driven by entrepreneurs like Trey Williams, CEO and founder of Hood Honey.

Great to see his work highlighted in Signal Cleveland.

She was born in Cleveland in 1975 and currently resides in Warrensville Heights. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilberforce University.
