Brown has represented Ohio’s 11th congressional district since 2021 after succeeding Marcia Fudge and previously served on the Cuyahoga County Council from 2015 to 2021. She was born in Cleveland in 1975 and resides in Warrensville Heights. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilberforce University.
