Congressman Max Miller, who represents Ohio’s 7th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of updates on September 29, 2025, addressing crime in Cleveland and recent developments in Congress.

In his first post at 14:19 UTC, Miller commented on crime statistics over the weekend: "Weekend CLE crime update: Reported offenses this weekend were more than double those from last weekend. Yet, @CLEMayorsOffice refuses to ask for help."

Later that day at 16:11 UTC, he turned his attention to legislative matters in Washington, D.C., stating: "Who would have guessed that the House is the adult in the room? @SpeakerJohnson passed a bipartisan CR, and now @SenSchumer is playing games. Democrats are choosing health care for illegal aliens over paying American troops."

At 17:28 UTC, Miller addressed a violent incident affecting one of his constituents: "This is absolutely tragic. A constituent of mine was murdered in Cleveland this weekend. These senseless crimes need to stop."

Miller has served as the representative for Ohio’s 7th District since replacing Bob Gibbs in 2023. He was born in Shaker Heights, Ohio in 1988 and currently resides in Rocky River. Miller graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2013.
