Congressman Max Miller (OH-07) today announced his appointment to the Commission on Reform and Modernization of the Department of State. Congressman Miller was appointed by Speaker Mike Johnson, who may appoint two members of the 16-person body. The Commission was created by a provision in the fiscal year 2023 (FY23) National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
