PLEASE NOTE: The paper/cardboard recycling bins throughout the city are full. River Valley Recycling is behind in their collections because of the holiday.
We're asking everyone to please be patient and hold onto their recyclables for a few more days, until the bins have been emptied. And please don't leave anything on the ground outside the bins -- anything found on the ground goes right in the trash (and city workers have to spend time picking it up and hauling it away).
