On January 27, 2025, Rep. Brown commemorated Holocaust Remembrance Day by emphasizing the importance of remembering the atrocities faced by Jewish men, women, and children during the Holocaust. Later that day, Rep. Brown visited a local facility providing critical services to survivors of human trafficking. In her post dated January 27, 2025, she expressed gratitude for their efforts: "Today I visited the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center Human Trafficking Drop-in Center on Superior Ave to see their new medical suite and learn more about the vital services they provide."

On January 28, 2025, Rep. Brown criticized President Trump's policy proposal concerning federal funding cuts. She highlighted potential adverse impacts on Northeast Ohio residents.
