For everyone wondering about the Whitney Road bridge work: ODOT is now estimating the project will wrap up by mid-February (depending on the weather, of course).
They're hoping to pour concrete on Monday, which will take about a week to cure, then they'll put up the fencing. So it looks like another three or four weeks.
