Max Miller advocates for energy independence and tax cuts in recent statements

Congressman Max Miller, representing Ohio's 7th district, has shared his views and legislative actions through a series of tweets. Miller, who took office in 2023 after replacing Bob Gibbs, has been vocal about energy independence, tax policies, and support for small businesses.

On February 10, 2025, Congressman Max Miller expressed his stance on energy independence. He stated, "We shouldn’t be dependent on other countries for energy. That's why I voted for the Protecting American Energy Production Act! Republicans are unleashing American Energy."

Later that day, he thanked the Business Roundtable for hosting him to discuss economic topics. He tweeted, "Thank you @BizRoundtable for having me to discuss reconciliation, taxes, and trade. My colleagues and I on @WaysandMeansGOP are working to make the Trump Tax Cuts permanent to build a roaring pro-growth economy!"

On February 11, 2025, Congressman Miller highlighted his vote in favor of legislation supporting small businesses. He wrote, "I just voted for The Protect Small Business from Excessive Paperwork Act to provide small businesses with an extension for beneficial ownership reporting requirements. The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network has failed to inform and educate small businesses about this…"
