WASHINGTON – Congressman Max Miller, R-Rocky River, released the following statement after House Republicans passed the “Limit, Save, Grow Act,” a bill that avoids a default on the nation’s debt by limiting spending and raising the debt ceiling.

“Republicans passed a responsible plan that raises the debt ceiling and begins to address reckless spending. President Biden must engage in this discussion to prevent a catastrophic default that would cripple our already-weak economy. Republicans have acted; the ball is in his court,” Miller said.
