Shontel Brown, born in Cleveland, Ohio, and currently residing in Warrensville Heights, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilberforce University. Brown has served in the Cuyahoga County Council and continues to work in U.S. Congress, advocating for transparency and accountability.
