Rep. Shontel Brown, currently serving as a member of the U.S. Congress for Ohio’s 11th district, recently shared several tweets on her official account commenting on the first 100 days of the Trump Administration, the economic situation, and an upcoming event for small businesses.On April 30, 2025, Brown shared a video featuring

"@RepJeffries on Trump's Disastrous First 100 Days". The video sheds light on Hakeem Jeffries' perspective on former President Trump's initial 100 days in office.Later the same day, at 16:57 UTC, Brown claimed that

"Trump broke the economy in 100 days". The tweet contained a link presumably providing further information on this assertion.At 19:52 UTC, Rep. Brown highlighted an upcoming event aimed at fostering small business interests. Her tweet stated,

"Our Small Business Expo is just days away. You don't want to miss these informative breakout sessions from Shaundretta House Boykins and Terreia Whitsett. Register and info at [link]", pointing out valuable sessions at the event.

Shontel Brown has served in the U.S. Congress, representing Ohio's 11th District, since 2021. She replaced previous U.S Congress member Marcia Fudge and previously served in the Cuyahoga County Council from 2015 to 2021. Born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1975, she attended Wilberforce University, earning a BS, and currently resides in Warrensville Heights.
