Congressman Max Miller, who represents Ohio’s 7th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared updates about his visits to local businesses and paid tribute to a notable Ohio native in a series of posts on social media.

On August 11, Miller highlighted his visit to Ohio CAT, stating, "Ohio CAT employs more than 1,500 people. Thank you for inviting me to visit and see how Congress can support America’s job creators!" On August 12, he commented on another workplace stop: "Ken-Mac Metals has just over 100 employees in Cleveland. I had a great time visiting with their workers. Pro-growth, pro-worker policies were the backbone of the One Big Beautiful bill, and Ohio is open for business."

In addition to business visits, Miller marked the passing of astronaut James Lovell—who was born in Cleveland—with a post on August 13: "With the passing of Cleveland native James Lovell, we remember his legacy.

Ohio has been at the heart of American aerospace from the very beginning, and we will proudly continue that tradition."

Miller assumed office in 2023 after succeeding Bob Gibbs as representative for Ohio's 7th district. He was born in Shaker Heights in 1988 and currently resides in Rocky River. Miller graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2013.
