The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Bedford fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 23.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Parma Heights rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 22.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Chagrin Falls rose by $176,500 while total sales decreased by 60%.

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Pepper Pike fell by $58,750 while total sales increased by 14.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Brecksville fell by $13,750 while total sales decreased by 41.7%.
